摘　　要：目的通过对在职团职疗养员身心健康的护理干预,达到增进部队官兵身心健康、提高军事素质、增强部队战斗力的目的。方法通过对来院98名团职疗养员身心健康需求情况进行问卷调查,了解其身心健康需求,并给予相应的护理干预,对干预前后身心健康情况进行比较。结果通过对疗养员护理干预前后身心健康需求比较,干预后身心健康状况明显好于干预前(P<0.01)。结论在职团职疗养员由于工作及心理压力大,身心健康受到一定影响,通过对其进行针对性的护理干预,使其身心调整到较理想的状态,以良好的精神面貌和健康的体魄重新投入工作,为军队战斗力再生提供有力保障。Objective The nursing intervention for psychosomatic health among in-service regiment convalescents was adopted to promote the psychosomatic health of officers and soldiers, improve military quality and enhance combat effectiveness. Methods A health questionnaire survey of 98 regiment convalescents in the sanatorium was conducted to understand their psychosomatic health needs with appropriate nursing intervention. Their psychosomatic health status were compared before and after the intervention. Results After the nursing intervention, the psychosomatic health status of the convalescents was significantly improved（P〈0.0l）. Conclusion Due to work and psychological pressure,the psychosomatic health of the in service regiment convalescents are affected . The targeted nursing intervention is suggested to achieve a better psychosomatic adjustment state, with a good spirit and health for work , with a view to providing effective protection of combat power regeneration.
