逆行腓肠神经营养血管岛状皮瓣修复足踝部软组织缺损患者的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨逆行腓肠神经营养血管岛状皮瓣修复足踝部软组织缺损患者的护理方法。方法回顾并总结2001年1月至2010年8月南京医科大学附属南京第一医院应用以腓肠神经及其滋养血管为蒂的小腿后侧岛状皮瓣修复的19例足踝部软组织缺损患者的临床资料。结果 19例患者的修复皮瓣均成活,术后足踝部功能恢复良好。结论精心周到的医疗和护理是促进逆行腓肠神经营养血管岛状皮瓣修复足踝部软组织缺损患者康复的重要保证。Objective To explore the clinical nursing strategy of retrograde sural island flap in soft tissue defects of foot and ankle. Methods From January 2001 to August 2006, the data was summarized retrospectively concerning retrograde sural island flap applied to repair in soft tissue defects of foot and ankle 19 patients. Results All the flaps survived completely and postoperative function recovered well in all cases. Conclusion Careful and thoughtful nursing can ensure the recovery of soft tissue defects of foot and ankle with retrograde sural island flap.
