摘　　要：目的探讨长效管理机制在护理质量管理中的应用。方法对8项护理质量进行现场实时调查评估,应用长效管理的方法进行考核评价。结果医院护理服务质量和技术质量等显著提高,护理人员对安全风险防范的意识大大增强。结论应用长效管理机制对护理质量进行管理效果明显。Objective To explore the application of long-term administration mechanism in the management of nursing quality. Methods A real-time ＆ on-site assessment was conducted on the 8 nursing items of nursing quality, which was followed by an evaluation using long-term effective management. Results The qualities of hospital nursing service and technology were significantly improved and the awareness of risk prevention was increased greatly for the paramedic as well. Conclusion The nursing quality of is significantly improved by long-term management mechanism.
