参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗室性心率失常疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗室性心律失常的疗效。方法:将患者随即分为两组:对照组,使用美托洛尔治疗;治疗组,使用参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗。结果:治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);而治疗组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:美托洛尔联合参松养心胶囊治疗室性心率失常效果确切,不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the effect of Shensong Yangxin capsule combined with metoprolol on ventricular arrhythmia.Method： Patients with ventricular arrhythmia were divided into two groups.For the control group,patients were treated by metoprolol,and the therapeutic group,patients were treated by Shensong Yangxin capsule combined with metoprolol.Result： The total effective rate of therapeutic group was higher than that in control group（P0.05）.Meanwhile,the incidence of adverse reaction in therapeutic group was lower than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Shensong Yangxin capsule combined with metoprolol is an effective method for the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia.It is worth applying.
