摘　　要：目的:围绕着国际旅行卫生保健中心建设与发展的现状,探讨保健中心建设和发展中应注意的一些问题。方法:分析保健中心的建设与发展现状,通过查阅文献资料,探讨保健中心的职能定位,并从"履行基本职能、拓展社会功能、提升服务效能"三个方面对保健中心的发展方向进行讨论。结论:保健中心的建设与发展应当建立"区域合作与多中心协作"的发展思路。Objective： Surround the present condition of grass-root International Travel Heahhcare Center （ITHC） , we inquire into ITHC＇s center construction and development in some problems that should notice. Methods： The construction and development present condition that analysis health center passes to check cultural heritage data and inquires into the working talent fixed position of health center, and carry on a discussion to the development direction of ITHC from ＂ implement a basic working talent, expand social function and promote service effect＂ . Conclusion： Construction and development of ITHC should build up the development way of thinking of ＂ the district cooperates and multi-centers cooperation＂ .
