硫酰氟实验室及现场杀虫灭鼠效果的观察

摘　　要：目的:观察硫酰氟对有害生物的杀灭效果。方法:分采用直接吸入染毒法,观察把动物中毒时间及死亡情况,并经过模拟现场实验和集装箱现场验证。结果:硫酰氟施药剂量为15g/m3时对实验室内害虫的KT50均在30分钟内,3g/m3的KT50均在250分钟内。模拟现场和集装箱现场实验中,每种试靶动物的在预定的施药剂量和熏蒸作用时间击杀率均达100%,与实验室结果相符。且实验室及现场内的24小时死亡率均达100%。结论:阐明硫酰氟杀灭靶标昆虫在不同剂量及作用时间的关系,为今后集装箱熏蒸工作中设定正确的投药量与时间提供了科学依据。Objective： To observe disinsecting effcacy of sulfuryl fluoride. Methods： Through the direct inspiration contamination law, the poisoning time and the death situation were observed,which then verified under simulated scenes and field trial. Results： sulfuryl fluoride were fumigated with the concentration of 15g/m^3 to kill the to the 3 kinds of harmful insects in the laboratory KT50 within 30 min, concentration of 3g/m^3 KT50 within 250 min.In the laboratory,simulated scenes and field trial, the 24 hours mortality rates reaches 100%. Conclusions： To clarify the relationship with dose and duration of sulfuryl fluoride to kill insect and extinguishes mousse throught this study,providing the reference dose and duration in the future container fumigation.
