摘 要:为研究高钼、低铜及两因素协同作用对小鼠睾丸组织脂质过氧化作用的影响,将80只健康雄性昆明系小鼠随机分为4组,分别为对照组(Cu 3mg/L,Mo 0mg/L)、高钼组(Cu 3mg/L,Mo600mg/L)、低铜组(Cu 0mg/L,Mo 0mg/L)、低钼高铜组(Cu 0mg/L,Mo 600mg/L),建立实验动物模型。在试验的第90天采集样品,用试剂盒测定睾丸组织内丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性。结果显示:高钼低铜组MDA含量分别比对照组、高钼组、低铜组高111%、56.8%、58.3%,差异均达极显著水平(P<0.01);高钼低铜组SOD活性比对照组、高钼组、低铜组分别降低45.8%、32.4%、31.1%(P<0.01);高钼组、低铜组睾丸组织内GSH-Px活性分别比对照组降低22.1%、32.8%,差异显著(P<0.05),比对照组降低45.0%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。结果表明:高剂量的钼(600mg/L)造成睾丸脂质过氧化损伤,铜摄入不足降低了睾丸的抗氧化能力,加剧了钼对睾丸的氧化损伤。To investigate the synergistic action of the molybdenum excessive and copper deficiency on testis lipid peroxides of mice,eighty healthy male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups and animal models were established by adding different doses of molybdenum(600 mg/L) or copper(3 mg/L) into drinking water.On the 90th day,tissues from testis were collected for the determinations of the content of MDA and the activities of SOD and GSH-PX.The results showed that the content of testis organization MDA in the high molybdenum and low copper group was 111%,56.8% and 58.3% higher than that of the control group(P0.01),high molybdenum group(P0.01) and low copper group(P0.01),respectively.The SOD activity in the high molybdenum and low copper group was 45.8%,32.4% and 31.1% lower than that of the control group(P0.01),high molybdenum group(P0.01) and low copper group(P0.01),respectively.The GSH-PX activity of testis organization in the high molybdenum group and the low copper group were 22.1% and 32.8%,significantly lower than that of the control group(P0.05).The GSH-PX activity in the high molybdenum and low copper group was 45.0% lower than that of the control group(P0.01).The results indicated that excessive molybdenum(600 mg/L) induce sever damage in the testis.Deficiency copper reduces the oxidation resistance of testis and aggravated the molybdenum toxic action in testis.
