大青止泻口服液对雏鸡的亚急性毒性试验

摘　　要：为了确定自拟的大青止泻口服液在雏鸡体内的亚急性毒性作用,分别以大青止泻口服液的2mL/kg、4mL/kg、6mL/kg体质量剂量给雏鸡灌胃,对照组灌等量生理盐水,连续灌胃14d,观察和测定停药后第1天和第14天各组雏鸡的临床症状、体质量、血常规、血清生化指标,并解剖观察心、肝、脾、肺、肾的变化。结果表明,给药组的以上各项指标均在正常范围内,与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。以上结果表明,大青止泻口服液对雏鸡无亚急性毒性,临床应用安全。In order to determine the subacute toxicity test of Daqingzhixie oral liquid on chic-kens,Daqingzhixie oral liquid were poured into the stomach of chickens at the dose of 2 mL/kg,4 mL/kg,or 2 mL/kg weight,respectively.Chickens of the control group were given saline with the same volume.Tests last 14 days to observe and measure the clinical symptoms of the chickens.The body weight,blood,serum biochemical indicators,and changes of organises on the first and the 14th day after stop pouring were determined.There was no significant difference between the experimental groups and the control group.This indicated that Daqingzhixie oral liquid is safe to chicken.
