优质早籼不育系盛世A的选育及其组合表现

摘　　要：用具有广东野生稻亲缘的优质常规稻种质增城丝苗-8选与三系保持系五丰B进行杂交,经多年系谱选择后与具广东野生细胞质源的不育系1070A测交和回交,育成新质源早籼稻不育系盛世A。该不育系具有稻米品质较好、配合力强、抗病性好和综合农艺性状优良等特点,于2010年7月通过广东省专家技术鉴定。所配组合盛优668、盛优8号和盛优568在广东省早稻区试中表现丰、抗、优协调,于2011年1月通过广东省品种审定。In 2002, a cross was made between Zengchengsimiao-8 Xuan, a fine grain quality rice variety with genetic background of Guangdong wild rice, and Wufeng B, a maintainer line in rice. After several years of pedigree selection, its filial plants were chosen to testcross with 1079A, a CMS line with the cytoplasm of Guangdong wild rice. By way of sterility inspection and successive selection and backcrosses over years, Shengshi A, an early indica CMS line with a new cytoplasmic source from Guangdong wild rice, was successfully developed in 2009. It is characteristic of comparatively good grain quality, high combining ability, good disease resistances and desirable agronomic characters. In July, 2010, Shengshi A was technically identified in Guangdong Province. Its hybrids including Shengyou 668, Shengyou 8 and Shengyou 568 performed well in coordination among high yield, disease resistance and good grain quality in the early rice variety regional trials of Guangdong Province, and they were all certified and released to commercial production by Guangdong Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in January, 2011.
