摘　　要：针对热能费收缴困难和按使用面积收费的不合理方式,提出了一种新型的智能表以及与之配套的远程自动抄表系统。整个系统由热能表、数据传输电路、PC机3部分组成;热能表通过实时测量Pt1000电桥两端的电压差计算出温度值,对霍尔流量计进行计数得到用户在一段时间内的流量值,最后应用流量和热量值得到用户在一段时间内所消耗的热值;测量数据通过CAN总线可以传给上位机,由上位机的管理系统对数据进行数据处理、费用结算、报表打印等多项任务。经测试证明,此方案能较好地实现小区热费智能计量。In view of the difficulty of heat fee collection and unreasonable billing by area,a new type of intelligent meter and its accompanying remote automatic meter reading system is designed in this paper.The entire system is composed of warm air measuring appliance,data transmission system and PC.Through real-time measurement of voltage difference of Pt1000 bridge ends by the heat meter,it calculates the temperature by counting the Hall flowing meter.It obtains the flow value of the users in a short period of time by virtue of the final application of flow and heat.The amount of heat value measurement data can be passed through the CAN bus to the PC,whose management system processes the data.Testing shows that this scheme can achieve intelligent measurement of heat fee in communities
