摘　　要：抗战后期,江西省国民政府曾致力于乡村农田水利工程的建设,一定程度上为军粮、民食的供给提供了安全保障。其相关档案丰富具体,且保留至今,尚未为学界关注和利用。本文主要依据此档案,从农田水利政策的制定、政策的推行及其实效进行了考察,以期加深我们对这一历史过程的了解,丰富抗战时期社会经济史研究。In the later period of Anti-Japanese War,Jiangxi national government had once committed to the construction of farmland and water irrigation works,which had provided security of food for the military forces and citizens to a certain extent.The abundant and concrete archives about the construction were well preserved till today,but haven＇t attracted the attention of the academia.Mainly based on the archives,this paper investigates the formulation of farmland and water irrigation policies,the implementation of the policies and their effectiveness,through which the author expected to deepen the understanding of this historical process and enrich the history study on the society and economy in the later period of Anti-Japanese War.
