摘 要:以LF炉为研究对象,采用双工位控制思想开发了LF炉二级模型控制系统。根据能能量守恒定律和质量守恒定律建立了LF炉温度预报模型、成分预报模型、合金模型和造渣模型,并根据炉况建立l『供电模型、吹氩搅拌模型和协调进程模型。系统运行效果表明,系统运行稳定,钢水温度预报和成分预报准确,可满足现场生产需求。Taking LF as the research object and adopting concept of double-position, a two level control system of LF furnace has been developed. According to the principle of energy conservation and principle of mass conservation, LF temperature prediction model, composition prediction model, alloy model and model for slag has been established. And based on furnace condition, power model, argon stirring model and coordinate model has been built up. Operation effect of system indicates that it has stable operation, and has accurate temperature prediction for liquid steel and composition prediction, meeting the demand of onsite production.
