摘  要:目的了解多药耐药鲍氏不动杆菌(MDRAB)中ADC型AmpC酶基因的检出。方法收集2009年6月-2010年6月分离的39株多药耐药鲍氏不动杆菌,微量稀释法检测细菌对药物的敏感性;PCR扩增和克隆测序分析ADC型AmpC酶基因。结果 39株鲍氏不动杆菌对阿米卡星、多黏菌素E、米诺环素的耐药性分别为5.1%、0、0,对其余抗菌药物的耐药性均>90.0%,39株鲍氏不动杆菌全部检测到ADC型AmpC酶基因。结论鲍氏不动杆菌耐药情况十分严重,对头孢菌属的耐药可能与其产ADC型AmpC酶相关。OBJECTIVE To investigate AmpC gene of ADC type in multidrug-resistant strain of Acinetobacter baumannii(MDRAB). METHODS A total of 39 MDRAB isolates were collected from Jun 2009 to Jun 2010,microdilution method was used to determine the minimal inhibitory concentration(MICs),PCR and DNA sequencing were performed to analyze the AmpC gene ADC type. RESULTS The resistance rate of Amicakin,Polymyxin and Minocycline were 5.1%,0 and 0,respectively.The resistance rates of other antibiotics were more than 90.0%.All isolates were ADC positive. CONCLUSION MDRAB strains in this study are of high drug resistance,which is maybe related to AmpC of ADC type.
