摘　　要：目的调查医院实施消毒供应中心(CSSD)行业标准情况,为贵州省卫生行政部门加强CSSD管理提供依据。方法按照医院CSSD行业标准,设计调查表对贵州省各级医疗机构CSSD、消毒供应室管理现状进行调查。结果共调查120所医院,集中管理模式的医院仅7所,51.0%的消毒员不具备资质,88.0%医院的手术器械在手术室清洗,仅6.0%医院的临床医疗器械由CSSD、消毒供应室完成,使用外来器械的医院仅18.0%由CSSD、消毒供应室全程清洗灭菌,有非手触式洗手设施的医院仅15所,有65所医院具备独立的敷料打包间,15所医院有带光源放大镜,7所医院有全自动清洗机,59.0%的医院对待灭菌包进行清洗质量检查,压力蒸汽灭菌器每周生物学监测39所。结论贵州省CSSD、消毒供应室管理滞后,建筑设施不合理,设备不足,器械清洗不规范,监测力度不够,需要加强管理,增加投入,规范培训,持续整改。OBJECTIVE To investigate the practicing condition of vocation standard of CSSD in medical institution,in order to provide the basis of strengthening the CSSD Management of Medical Administrative Command in Guizhou province. METHODS According to MOH vocation standard of CSSD,we carried out an investigation about Management Current Situation to Medical Institution CSSD of Guizhou. RESULTS A total of 120 hospitals,only 7 hospitals have centralized management mode,51% disinfectioners have not aptitude,there are 88% hospitals which cleaning surgical instruments in operating room,only 6% hospitals make it in CSSD,18% hospitals having outside instrument make cleaning and sterilizing in CSSD,only 15 hospitals have the non-hand-touch hand washing facilities,65 hospitals have Singlehanded dressing package room,15 hospitals have magnifying glass with light,7 hospitals are fully automatic washing machine,there are 59% hospitals to inspect the quality of package which is not sterilized,39 hospitals do chemical monitoring weekly. CONCLUSION Our province CSSD（Room） management lags behind,building facilities are unreasonable,insufficient equipment,non-standard cleaning equipment,monitoring is not enough,it is essential to strengthen management,increase investment,make standardized training and continuous rectification.
