摘  要:目的检测对阿萨希丝孢酵母菌及假丝酵母菌属在假丝酵母菌显色培养基上不同的显色特点,从而达到对阿萨希丝孢酵母菌的快速鉴定,为临床诊断和治疗赢得时间。方法采用科玛嘉假丝酵母菌显色培养基对18株阿萨希丝孢酵母菌和38株假丝酵母菌属进行显色,并经VITEK-2Compact生化鉴定和分子生物学结果所证实。结果 18株阿萨希丝孢酵母菌在显色培养基上明显呈蓝色,与假丝酵母菌属的显色完全不同;18株阿萨希丝孢酵母的生化鉴定率分别为90.0%、92.0%、93.0%、95.0%、96.0%、97.0%、98.0%、99.0%,与生化结果完全相符;另外,18株阿萨希丝孢酵母与其模式菌株的D1/D2序列一致性为100.0%,分子生物学结果也完全相符。结论通过对阿萨希丝孢酵母菌显蓝色这一特点,从而为阿萨希丝孢酵母菌的鉴定找到了一种既简单、可靠,又省时、省力、省成本的好方法;更重要的是为阿萨希丝孢酵母菌感染的早期诊断和治疗提供了及时、准确的依据。OBJECTIVE To observe the coloration characteristics of yeast Chromogenic Medium between Trichosporon asahii and other candids,so as to lessen the time of clinical diagnosis and treatment. METHODS The dying of 18 strains T.asahii and 38 strains other candids was developed by CHROMagar Chromogenic Medium,all results were identified by VITEK-2 compact and proved by molecular biological methods. RESULTS The blue colour appeared in yeast Chromogenic Medium of all 18 strains Trichosporon asahii,however,the developing dye of other candids were completely different.These identified rates of 18 strains T.asahii were 90.0%(1 strains),92.0%(2 strains),93.0%(1 strains),95.0%(2 strains),96.0%(2 strains),97.0%(3 strains),98.0%(3 strains),and 99.0%(4 strains) respectively.In addition,18 strains T.asahii key gene sequences were 100.0% conformed to D1/D2 sequence of relative type strains as well as in biological researches. CONCLUSION With the characters of different developing dye of T.asahii among candids,we not only get a simple,reliable,cheaper and convenience method,but the most important,acquire timely and precise basis for diagnosis and treatment T.asahii infection in early stage.
