摘 要:GAST(GA-stimulated transcript)家族基因是在植物中发现的、表达受GA诱导的一类基因,其编码的蛋白由N-末端信号肽、中间不同长度的亲水区域,以及含有12个保守半胱氨酸的C-末端(简称GASA区域)组成。至今,GAST家族基因已经在多种植物中被发现并报道。它们在植物不同组织、不同发育阶段表达,参与了细胞分裂、细胞延伸、根发育、果实成熟、抗菌及抗氧化等多种生理学过程。综述近年来各种植物中报道发现的GAST基因的时空表达图谱、蛋白质定位及外源因素对其转录水平调控方面的研究。同时,对其结构、功能及与富含Pro蛋白的关联等方面存在的问题进行讨论。GAST(GA-stimulated transcript)family genes are discovered in plants with expression stimulated by GA.Their encoding proteins consist of N-terminal signal peptides,hydrophilic regions with varying length,and a C-terminal domain containing 12 conservative cysteine residues(denoted as GASA domain).As so far,GAST family genes have been successfully identified in some plants.It was found that GAST genes were usually highly expressed in special organs or during the developmental stage,indicating that they are involved in many significant physiological processes,including cell division,cell elongation,root growth,fruit maturation,defense barriers against plant pathogens,as well as antioxidative process.In this review,we summarize the progress in their spatio-temporal expression profiles,protein locations,and regulation on the transcript level.In addition,we also discuss some problems on its structure,biological function in vitro and its interaction with proline-rich proteins.
