摘 要:本研究运用Logistic和Gompertz两种非线性生长模型对不同日龄吉林白鹅胫骨生长发育进行拟合分析,并研究了胫骨钙磷沉积、灰分含量的变化规律。结果表明,两种模型均能较好的拟合吉林白鹅胫骨的生长发育规律,拟合度为0.980~0.999。14、24日龄胫骨生长速度极显著的高于其他各日龄(P<0.01),钙及灰分含量与其他各日龄相比差异极显著(P<0.01);64日龄胫骨各项物理指标显著高于54日龄(P<0.05),54~64日龄胫骨钙磷及灰分含量均有所下降但差异不显著(P>0.05)。同日龄胫骨两端钙磷及灰分含量与骨干相比差异显著(P<0.05)。总体而言,吉林白鹅胫骨在1~24、54~64日龄时出现两个快速生长期;前一快速生长期内胫骨钙磷沉积速度快、灰分含量不断增加,之后钙磷沉积减慢,灰分含量仍不断增加;54日龄以后胫骨钙磷及灰分含量下降;胫骨两端钙及灰分低于同日龄骨干钙及灰分,两端磷含量则高于同日龄骨干磷含量。The growth and development of Jilin White Goose tibia from different age old was analyzed and fitted with two kinds of nonlinear growth models (Gompertz, Logistic), in the same time, the changing law of calcium and phosphorus deposit, ash content were also studied. The results showed that the growth and development law of Jilin White Goose tibia were appropriately fitted with two models, of which the values of R2 were 0.980~0.999. Compared with the other age,the growth rate of tibia at 14 and 24 age old was notably higher (P〈0.01),calcium and ash content was significantly different from the other age old (P〈0.01);each physical indicator of 64-age-old tibia was extremely higher than the 54 age (P〈0.05),calcium, phosphorus and ash content in 54-64-age-old tibia were all decreased but not significantly different (P〉0.05). The differences between calcium, phosphorus and ash content of both ends and shaft at the same are were significant (P〈0.05). By and large,two raoid growth oeriods aooeared in 1-24 and 54-64-age-old tibia;during the previous one,rapid rate of calcium and phosphorus deposit and increasing ash content were simuhaneous,after which the latter one continuously increased with the previous one got to the opposite;besides, both decreased at 54 age;calcium and ash at both ends of tibia were less than the shaft at the same age,while phosphorus was opposite.
