麻腮风与乙肝疫苗同时或分别接种的免疫效果

摘　　要：为了解MMR与重组乙肝疫苗同时接种是否会加重临床反应和干扰免疫应答 ,对 8～ 13岁学生分别或同时接种这两种疫苗。结果表明同时与分别接种的临床反应均轻微 ,对腮腺炎、乙肝和麻疹的免疫应答类似。因此作者认为MMR可与乙肝疫苗同时接种。In order to study on the reactogenicity and immunogenicity of simultaneous administration of MMR and hepatitis B vaccine, the children aged 8-13 years were simultaneously or separately immunized with the 2 kinds of vaccines. The result showed that both the adverse reactions caused by simltaneous and separate immunization were mild, and the response levels to hepatitis B,mumps and measles were similar. So authors considered the MMR and hepatitis B vaccines could been administered simultaneously.
