摘 要:为提高电子玻璃纤维线密度的稳定性,研究了拉丝机卷取工艺对电子玻璃纤维线密度的影响,分别对正反向排线、丝饼内外层、不同卷绕比、不同集束器样式、不同排线器参数和不同排线行程速度获得的D450(直径<5μm)电子玻纤进行条干检测。实验结果表明,正反向排线、丝饼内外层、卷绕比对电子玻璃纤维线密度的影响较小;集束器样式、排线器参数和排线行程速度对电子玻璃纤维线密度的影响较大。通过分析卷取工艺对电子玻璃纤维线密度的影响,确定电子玻璃纤维拉丝的最佳卷取工艺。To improve the stability of the linear density of e-glass fibers,the influence of winding-up process of drawing machine on the linear density of e-glass fibers was investigated.Evenness testing of D450 yarn with a diameter smaller than 5 μm was undertaken in positive and reverse winding displacement,inside and outside layers of cake,different winding ratios,different styles of collecting device,different parameters of traversing mechanism and different travelling speeds.The Experimental results showed that positive and reverse winding displacement,inside and outside layers of cake,and different winding ratios had less effect on the linear density of e-glass fibers,while different styles of collecting device,different parameters of traversing mechanism and different travelling speeds had greater effect on the linear density of e-glass fibers.The optimal winding-up process of e-glass fibers was determined through analyzing the effect of various winding-up processes on the linear density of e-glass fibers.
