摘 要:以苎麻田土壤和沤麻池淤泥为菌种筛选的来源,用选择平板筛选方法得到8株有效菌种,经过苎麻微生物发酵实验筛选出1株优势菌种,经菌落形态、生理以及生化指标检验,确认菌株CJ2为地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacilluslicheniformis)。该菌株对苎麻脱胶后,脱胶率为17.6%,对其进行紫外诱变60 s处理后,筛选得到的突变菌株B2的脱胶率可达到22.8%,比出发菌的脱胶率提高了29.5%。结果表明:用紫外线对菌株诱变筛选高效的苎麻脱胶菌的方法是有效的,菌株B2可以作为苎麻微生物脱胶的受体菌。The soil of ramie field and sludge from retting pool were used as the sources of strains for screening,and eight effective strains were obtained from plate screening firstly,then ramie microbial fermentation experiment was performed and the strain which enjoys advantages was screened out.It was affirmed that CJ2 was Bacillus licheniformis after the colony morphology、 physiological and biochemical indexes inspection.The degumming loss percentage of ramie by CJ2 was 17.6%.The mutant B2 was gained from the strain CJ2 by UV mutagenesis for 60 s,whose degumming loss percentage was 22.8%,29.5% higher than that of the strain CJ2.The results showed that it was effective to use UV mutagenesis for screening high-efficieny strain for biological degumming of ramie,and the strain B2 was a suitable choice as the receptor bacteria in the microbial degumming of ramie.
