摘 要:为明确苎麻脱胶菌的差异,挖掘高效脱胶菌株,本文采用生物脱胶工艺,比较了欧文氏杆菌变异菌株CXJZU-120和枯草芽孢杆菌变异菌株T66的苎麻脱胶功能,分析了脱胶菌株CXJZU-120和T66在苎麻脱胶过程中的COD、脱胶效果及分泌的胞外酶特性。结果表明:与T66菌株比较,欧文氏杆菌变异菌株CXJZU-120能独立完成苎麻脱胶,不需要化学方法后处理;CXJZU-120用于苎麻脱胶可提高6.75%的脱胶制成率,减少污染50%以上;CXJZU-120菌株脱胶的精干麻残胶量可低于1%。说明2个菌株在脱胶性能方面存在明显差别。预示着苎麻脱胶方法可以实现由化学向生物领域的跨越。To elaborate the difference of strains for ramie degumming,and select high-efficiency strain,a comparative study on the degumming properties of high-efficiency ramie strains Erwinia CXJZU-120 and Bacillus subtilis T66 was performed on the optimal conditions by bio-degumming technology.The COD,degumming effect and extracellular enzymes of the strains CXJZU-120 and T66 during degumming process were analyzed.The results showed that: compared with the strain T66,the strain CXJZU-120 could finish ramie degumming without chemical post-processing;CXJZU-120 for ramie degumming could improve the rate of degumming by 6.75%,reduce the pollution by 50%;and the residue gum content of refined fiber degummed by CXJZU-120 was lower than 1%.The research illustrated that the two strains in the degumming properties were obviously different,and the ramie degumming method could be applied from chemical field to biological field.
