摘  要:钢绞线网片-聚合物砂浆(SMPM)是一种新型的结构加固技术。为研究SMPM和混凝土界面之间的剥离机理,采用双光束散斑干涉和四步相移技术,对聚合物砂浆与混凝土界面双剪试验的变形场进行了测量。通过测量变形引起的相位变化量以及解包裹计算,得到SMPM的面内位移量,再对位移场差分获得应变分布。对试验过程中干涉条纹的扩展规律、应变分布特点进行了记录和分析。试验结果表明,双光束散斑干涉用于SMPM-混凝土界面剥离特性的测试时,具有全场、非接触、高精度的优点,但需加强对刚体位移的控制。SMPM面层的应变分布与碳纤维-混凝土面内剪切试验中的应变分布存在差异,横向钢绞线的位置对于局部应变分布和剥离承载力具有显著的影响。Steel stranded wire mesh and polymer mortar(SMPM) is a novel technique for structural strengthening.To study the debonding mechanism between the SMPM and concrete,a dual-beam speckle interferometry and the four-frame phase shift technique were adopted for deformation measurements in the interfacial double-shear test.The in-plane displacements of SMPM laminates were obtained by measuring the changes in phase patterns due to deformation and the unwrapping of phase patterns.Derivation of displacements resulted in strains.The propagation of interference fringes and the characteristics of strain distribution were recorded and analyzed.This study shows that,when used in the debonding test of SMPM laminates,the dual-beam speckle interferometry is a whole-field,non-contacting and high precision measurement,but the rigid body motions during the test should be strictly restrained.The strain distribution pattern of SMPM composites is different from that in the shear test of fiber reinforced polymer(FRP) composites,and the position of transversal stranded wires has a significant influence on the strain distribution and debonding load.
