摘 要:对不同钢纤维体积率的活性粉末混凝土(RPC)进行了直剪试验和四点剪切试验,测试数据和破坏现象显示:试验方法对试验结果影响很大,四点剪切试验能真实反应RPC的剪切性能。试验结果表明:钢纤维掺入对RPC抗剪强度和剪切变形能力的提高具有显著效应,但对剪切开裂强度和剪切模量的影响很小,RPC的剪切模量可取值为32 GPa。计算和分析表明:钢纤维对RPC剪切性能的增强效应存在一个界限掺量,采用复合材料理论计算方法预测的RPC剪切强度与实测值较为接近,而规范公式过于低估了RPC的实际抗剪能力,需要进行修正。It studied the shearing properties of reactive powder concrete(RPC) with different steel fiber volume ratio with two kinds of testing method,the double-face direct shearing test and the four-point loading shearing test.There was substantial difference between two kinds of shearing test method and the four-point loading shearing test was much better for RPC.The experimental results showed that the adding of steel fiber in RPC matrix led to not only increase shear strength but also improved shearing strain.But the reinforced effect of cracking strength an shearing modulus of RPC were very limited according to increase of steel fiber volume ratio.The shearing modulus of RPC can be used as 32 GPa.Analysis results showed that there was a boundary volume ratio for reinforced effect of steel fiber.The calculation method of composite material theory can estimate the shearing strength of RPC in a reasonable precision.But the calculating results of specification for fiber reinforced concrete too underestimated the real shearing performance of RPC and it should increase the coefficient of the calculating formula.
