贯入法检测预拌砂浆抗压强度的试验研究

摘　　要：JGJ/T 136—2001《贯入法检测砌筑砂浆抗压强度技术规程》是一种现场检测砌筑砂浆抗压强度的常用方法。由于预拌砂浆的材料组成与传统砂浆不同,现有贯入法的标准测强曲线对于预拌砂浆不再适用。通过预拌砂浆的贯入法换算强度与砂浆试块强度对比,建立了贯入法检测预拌砂浆的测强曲线。Penetration resistance method is a practical method for testing the compressive strength of masonry mortar in situ.Because the materials of ready-mixed mortar are different with the traditional mortar,the strength test curve of the existing penetration resistance method is no longer to be suitable for ready-mixed mortar.Therefore the establishment of the strength test curve of ready-mixed mortar is imminent.Through comparing the strength of ready-mixed mortar tested by penetration resistance method and the compressive strength of mortar test cube,the strength test curve for testing ready-mixed mortar strength by penetration resistance method is established.
