摘 要:混凝土保护层的渗透性是决定混凝土耐久性的重要因素,对其渗透性检测方法的研究具有重要的工程实际意义。基于达西(Dracy)渗透定律,介绍一种新型的混凝土保护层渗透系数测试方法。该方法利用真空泵在混凝土表层创建负压区,通过控制气体流动方向,依据内部压强差测定混凝土保护层的渗透系数。依据试验数据,建立了简化的数学计算模型,并通过试验验证了该方法具有一定的可靠性和可操作性,可应用于实验室、现场混凝土保护层的渗透性检测。The permeability of concrete cover has been identified as the major factor that determines the durability of concrete.It is important to study the test method of permeability coefficient of concrete cover.In this paper,a new method of testing the permeability coefficient of concrete cover is proposed based on Darcy's Law.In this way,a controlled uni-directional air flow is generated based on the vacuum technique on the surface of concrete,and the permeability of the concrete cover can be determinted depending on the disparity of airflow in the chamber.A simplified mathematical calculation model is establishmented based on the experimental data.Through the test results both in site and laboratory,it has been concluded that the new method is reliable and effective in testing the permeability coefficient of concrete cover.
