摘　　要：非传统公共图书馆是指由非政府团体、企业或个人举办,向全社会开放,主要服务于特定的区域、组织或群体的图书馆。我国的非传统公共图书馆主要有社区图书馆、大学城图书馆、工业园区图书馆三种类型。非传统公共图书馆应采取"三轮驱动型"的发展模式,即图书馆产权人承担图书馆基础设施建设经费和人员的基本开支,以适当的有偿服务解决图书馆的日常运行经费和人员其他开支,以其他社会力量作为图书馆经费来源的重要补充。Non-traditional Public Libraries,which are opening to the whole society,are held by the non-governmental organizations,enterprises or individuals.They mainly serve the specific regions,organizations or groups.There are three main types of non-traditional public libraries in our country,which are Community Library,University Town Library and Industrial Park Library.Non-traditional Public Libraries should adopt the ＂three-driven＂ development model.The library property-owner shall bear the library infrastructure funds and of the basic personnel expenses;appropriate paid services shall commit to the library＇s daily operating expenses and other personnel expenses;other social forces shall serve as an important supplement to the library funding.
