五子衍宗加味方药对肾阴虚型少精子症精液质量影响的观察

摘　　要：目的:观察五子衍宗加味的复方中药治疗肾阴虚少精子症精液质量的变化和疗效。方法:50例受试者采用自身对照的方法对服药前、服药后、停药后的精液质量进行分析,并与正常有生育力男性进行比较。结果:服药后精液量随服药疗程的延长具有增加的趋势但无显著性差异(P<0.06);精子活动率(a+b+c)和a级、a+b级精子均明显增加(均P<0.05～0.0001),在第3疗程至停药2疗程期间与正常对照接近;精子计数和总数在服药第2疗程开始明显增加(均P<0.01～0.0001)。结论:五子衍宗加味方药具有明确的促进精子活动能力和数目的作用,并具有停药后的后续效应。Objective：To observe the effects of wuziyanzong pills on semen quality of the patients suffered oligospermia with kidney Yin Deficiency.Methods：Fifty patients with oligospermia of Kidney Yin deficiency were taken semen quality analysis before taking medicine,after treatment with wuziyanzong and stop medicine respectively.Moreover,the semen quality parameters were compared with the normal subjects＇.Results：After taken drugs,the volume of semen has a tendency to increase with the extends of the treatment course,but there is non-significance difference（P0.06）.However,percentage of motile spermatozoa（a＋b＋c）,sperms of motility grade a and a＋b were significant increased respectively（both P0.05~0.0001）,and closely to the results of normal subjects in the 3rd treatment course and after treatment.Sperm concentration and total counts were increased significantly in the beginning of the second treatment course（P0.01~0.001）.Conclusion：The wuziyanzong Herbs have the definite function of promote sperm motility and the numbers of sperm,and have subsequent effects after stop medicine.
