问答社区低可信度信息的传播与控制研究

摘　　要：问答社区是知识交流的重要平台,但是随着越来越多的企业在其中开展营销活动,社区的信息质量开始下降。文章研究问答社区的低可信度信息的类型、传播特征及表现形式,提出在信息传播的源头引入SNS机制、在传播的过程中引入专家过滤和系统过滤机制、在传播的后期引入质量评价与推送机制的改进措施。Q A Community is an important communication platform.With more and more corporation marketing in it,the information quality has dropped.In this paper,the type and characteristic of low credibility information are researched.Finally,it is suggested that SNS pattern is introduced in the start of information communication,expert filter and system filter method are involved,quality evaluation and information push and pull are related in the late period of information communication.
