摘　　要：目的:探讨防治糖尿病足的中西医结合优化方案的临床疗效。方法:对糖尿病足患者进行分级管理,按照多级防治的中西医结合优化方案进行干预与治疗,观察疗效,并进行长期随访研究,观察复发率、截肢率。结果与结论:中西医结合优化方案防治糖尿病足总有效率达90%以上,具有低花费、低截肢率、低复发率等优势,临床疗效确切。Objective：To discuss clinical curative effect of cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine optimization treatment on preventing and controling Diabetic Foot.Methods：With hierarchical management in diabetic foot patients,the intervention and the treatment according to the multi-stage preventions of Chinese medicine plans were carvied on,curative effects were observed,and long-term follow-up study was made to observe recurrence rate and amputation rate.Results：TCM treatment of diabetic foot total efficiency is up to 90% with low cost,low amputation rate and low recurernce rate advantages,now our hospital has formed the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic foot,and applications within a certain range,which clinical curative effect is affirmed.
