颈夹脊穴注天眩清合并毫针辨证治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:比较颈夹脊穴注天眩清合并毫针辨证施治与西药治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性(VBI)眩晕的疗效。方法:VBI眩晕患者43例,以随机数字表法分为两组,其中穴注毫针组21例,在患者颈夹脊穴注天眩清合并毫针辨证治疗;西药治疗组22例,口服甲磺酸倍他司汀(敏使朗)和盐酸氟桂利嗪(西比灵)及静滴银杏叶提取物注射液(金纳多)治疗。疗程均为10天,疗程结束后统计疗效,并加以比较。结果:两组间疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),穴注毫针组疗效明显优于西药治疗组。结论:治疗VBI眩晕,颈夹脊穴注天眩清合并毫针辨证施治疗效优于西药治疗。Objective：To compare the efficacy of vertebrobasilar insufficiency（VBI） vertigo treatments of gastrodin injection in Neck Jiaji merging differential treatments of acupuncture needle and western medicine.Methods：43 cases of VBI vertigo patients were divided into 2 groups according to random number table.In 21 cases of acupoints injection in needling group,each patient was injected gastrodin in Neck Jiaji and treated with differential treatments of acupuncture needle;In 22 cases of weatern medicine group,Betahistine and Flunarizine were taken orally and extract of Ginkgo biloba Leaves Injection was infused intravenously.The treatment course was 10 ds,after treatment course,count and compare the effect.Results：There were statistically significant differences between the 2 groups（P0.05）,the efficacy of acupoints injection in needling group was better than that of the western medicine group.Conclusion：In the treatments of VBI vertigo,the efficacy of gastrodin injection in Neck Jiaji merging differential treatments of acupuncture needle was bettan than that of western medicine.
