中药“创伤膏”治疗化疗药物渗漏局部皮肤组织损伤的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药"创伤膏"对化疗药物渗漏局部皮肤组织损伤的治疗作用。方法:通过检测肿胀消退指数、瘀斑发生率、瘢痕脱离率以及病理切片等,研究中药"创伤膏"对大鼠背部皮下注射盐酸阿霉素所造成的化疗药物渗漏局部皮肤组织损伤模型的治疗作用。结果:与对照组相比,中药"创伤膏"作用于化疗药物渗漏局部皮肤组织损伤模型后,大鼠背部皮损浅红、轻度水肿、溃疡较小,且肿胀消退时间较短,瘀斑发生率低而瘢痕脱落率较高,病理组织显示弥散性炎细胞浸润,表皮完好。结论:中药"创伤膏"对化疗药物渗漏局部皮肤组织损伤具有较好的治疗作用。Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine trauma anoint on the skin damage caused by the extravasations of chemotherapeutic agents.Methods：Through testing the index of edema relief,the incidence of ecchymosis and pathology etc,to study the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine trauma anoint on the injury of rats back skin tissue caused by extravasations of adriamycin.Results：The damage of skin tissue is light red,and the incidence of ecchymosis is low,but the incidence of cicatrix ecclasis is high,histopathology shows diffuse of inflammatory cell infiltration,skin integrity,compared with control.Conclusion：Research shows that Chinese medicine trauma anoint has a very good effect on the chemotherapy damage caused by the extravasations of chemotherapeutic agents.
