中药有效组分抑制心肌细胞凋亡调控通路研究进展

摘　　要：细胞凋亡是由体内外因素触发细胞内预存的死亡程序而致细胞主动死亡的过程,而3种细胞凋亡通路:内源性、外源性和近年来发现的内质网通路之间密切关联,发挥作用。近年来随着化学,分析等相关学科的发展,许多中药的有效成分得到分离,中药有效成分在药理学、临床治疗等方面的应用越来越广泛。国内外学者从调控凋亡基因、抑制细胞凋亡方面入手,对许多中药有效组分在心肌细胞凋亡抑制作用的方面进行研究,并取得了长足的进展。文章就中药有效组分在抑制心肌细胞凋亡调控通路中的作用做一研究综述。In this paper,the pathways of traditional Chinese medicine on the inhibition of cardiomyocyte apoptosis：endogenous,exogenous and endoplasmic reticulum pathway were summarized.Apoptosis is a cell-autonomous mode of death that is triggered by internal and external factors of cell.In recent years,with the development of chemistry,analysis and other related disciplines,many active ingredients of Chinese medicine have been isolated and used in pharmacology and clinical treatment more and more widely.In recent years,researchers have made considerable progress of the regulation of apoptotic gene and apoptosis inhibition.
