摘  要:三相功率表和三相有功电能表广泛应用于变电站的功率测量和电能计量。由于变电站电压互感器的二次电压和电流互感器的二次电流需要经过多个二次设备的接线最终送到三相功率测量屏或电能计量屏,且检修人员在进行周期试验(继电保护、高压试验、电测仪表、电能计量)等工作时,常常会出现接线错误从而使三相功率测量和电能计量也出现错误。笔者介绍1种依照电气六角图的测量原理,并采用双钳数字相位伏安表,即可以快速(3 min)判断和排除变电站常常出现的三相功率表和三相有功电能表错误接线。Three-phase power meter and three-phase kilowatt-hour meter are commonly used in substations to measure the power and energy. Because the above two kinds of meters are usually connected through several secondary devices to PTs and CTs, as well as maintenance staff often do (relay protection, high-voltage test, measuring instrument, electric energy measurement)cycle test of the work, wrong connection possibly cause errors of threephase power measurement and three-phase kilowatt-hour measurement. Herein the article analyses a quick (3 min) and practical method of the judgment and exclusion the wrong connection based on the Electrical Hexagonal Phasor Diagram and using of Digital Bi-clamp Phase Meter.
