摘  要:以液化MDI(MDI-100LL)、聚合物多元醇、聚醚多元醇、1,4-丁二醇和水为原料,采用预聚法制备了动静刚度比较低的可应用于高速铁路的聚氨酯微孔弹性体,并对影响其动静刚度比的主要因素进行了研究。结果表明,当NCO质量分数为6%~7%,水作发泡剂,采用BDO和GE-303的混合扩链交联剂时,适当加入10份的聚合物多元醇,聚氨酯微孔弹性体的动静刚度比为1.24,适用于高速铁路微孔垫层。Low springrate ratio of PU microcellular elastomer was prepared with MDI-100LL, polymer polyol, polyether polyol, DBO and water. The PU microcellular elastomer applied in high-speed railway which had low springrate ratio was prepared using prepolymerization method. The main effects on springrate ratio were analyzed. The results showed that the springrate ratio of PU microporous elastomer could reach 1.24 and was suitable for the porous cushion of high-speed railway when NCO content of prepolymer was from 6% to 7%, water was blowing agent, BDO and GE-303 was chain extender and crosslinking agent, polymer polyol was added 10 portion.
