摘  要:以HDI缩二脲为固化剂组分,研究了蓖麻油、羟基丙烯酸树脂和聚醚等羟基组分及乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、甲苯和二甲苯4种溶剂对漆膜的影响,并与TDI-TMP型固化剂配漆进行了比较。结果表明,羟基组分和异氰酸酯固化剂组分是决定配漆后漆膜性能的主要因素;HDI缩二脲固化剂配漆后漆膜性能比TDI-TMP型固化剂配漆性能好,其附着力均为1级,耐冲击性(50 cm)均反冲通过,且耐黄变性能优于TDI-TMP型固化剂的漆膜。The Effect factors of the castor oil, resin and polyether hydroxyl components, the solvent such as ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, toluene and xylene on the film were studied when HDI biuret was as the curing agent components, and TDI-TMP-type curing agent were compared with paint. The results showed that hydroxyl component and isocyanate curing agent component were the two main affect factors on the film properties. Paint film properties of HDI biuret curing agent was better than TDI-TMP agent. Paint film properties of HDI biuret curing agent were adhesion grade one, the impact resistance was 50cm by recoil, and anti-yellowing performance was better than TDI-TMP-type curing agent of the film.
