摘  要:以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)和N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷(HC-550)为原料,六甲基二硅氧烷(MM)为封端剂,乙醇钾为催化剂,通过共平衡聚合反应,合成了侧氨基聚硅氧烷(NH2-PDMS),研究了合成条件对NH2-PDMS胺值的影响。结果表明,当D4、HC-550和MM的摩尔比为45∶3∶2、乙醇钾和二甲基亚砜的质量分数分别为0.14%和1.0%、反应温度为120℃、反应时间6 h时,合成的NH2-PDMS胺值约为1.0 mmol/g。将NH2-PDMS用于改性聚氨酯胶粘剂时,其综合性能较好。By co-equilibration polymerization,polydimethylsiloxane oligomers with pendant amine groups(NH2-PDMS)was synthesized from octamethylcyclote trasiloxane(D4) and N-β-aminoethyl-γ-aminopropylmethyl-dimethy-oxysilane(HC-500),using hexamethyldisiloxane(MM) as end capping agent,CH3CH2OK as catalyst and dimethylsulfoxide(DMSO) as promoter.The influence of process condition to NH2-PDMS ammonia value was studied.The results showed that when the molar ratio of D4,HC-550 and MM was 45∶3∶2,the CH3CH2OK and DMSO dosage were 0.14% and 1.0%,the reaction temperature was 120 ℃ and the reaction time was 6 h,the ammonia value of synthetical NH2-PDMS was 1.0 mmol/g.The polyurethane adhesive modified by the NH2-PDMS had good comprehensive properties,lower water absorption rate,higher water resistence and salt tolerance.
