摘　　要：利用内容分析法,对2000—2010年间中国期刊网(CNKI)中国期刊全文数据库上的76篇与网络经济违法监管模式相关的学术性论文进行统计分析。从年度论文发表数量分布情况、研究领域分布等情况对国内学者对网络经济违法行为监管模式研究现状和发展进程做出简要统计,根据统计结果提出影响网络监管的5种要素,并分析5种要素的复杂的关联关系,构建网络经济违法监管模式,为未来网络经济违法监管的研究和应用提供研究支持。Statistical analysis is carried out on 76 papers related to network economic injuria and regulatory model in the CNKI from 2000 to 2010 by using content analysis. The paper makes a brief statistical study on the status of network eco- nomic injuria, the regulatory model that domestic scholars have studied and its development process from the distribution of the annual number of papers published, research distribution, etc. Five elements affecting the network regulation are pro- posed according to the statistical analysis of the complex relationship among five elements. The paper also builds up a moni- toring model of network economic injuria. These contributions provide a research support for the research and application of network economic injuria monitoring in the future.
