摘 要:大模数齿轮是航天、造船、工程机械等设备的重要零件;精度等级的提高是齿轮加工的核心问题,而精度提高的途径是尽可能的减少误差。成形法磨削齿轮的过程中影响齿轮加工精度的因素有很多;分析以成形磨削斜齿轮为例,对砂轮截形偏移、砂轮安装角度误差、砂轮与工件的中心距误差及砂轮修整等因素引起的齿形误差进行了分析,找到了各因素影响齿形误差的基本规律,研究结果可用于大模数数控成形磨齿机的设计与制造及提高齿轮加工精度。The gear is widely used in aerospace, shipbuilding and construction machinery industries. The quality of gear is primarily decided by accuracy grade, the gear grinding is one of means to increases gear accuracy. There are many factors affecting the gear precision in the process of form grinding gear. To form grinding gears, for exam- ple, the factors include the cross-section of variable wheel, the error of wheel mounting angle, the error of center distance of the grinding wheel and work-piece and the error of grinding wheel translation were analyzed to find the factors affecting the law of error of the tooth profile. The results could be used to the design and manufacture of the large module CNC gear profile grinder and improve the gear precision.
