摘  要:为研究分析乳化剂外掺对SBS改性沥青乳液储存稳定性的影响,采用标准试验方法,分别考察搅拌速度,乳化剂种类、掺量、掺合方式以及pH值等不同影响因素对SBS改性沥青乳液储存稳定性的改善作用效果,并分析其内在关系。试验结果表明:搅拌速度>1 000 r/min时,对其稳定性的影响较大,甚至出现破乳现象;而不论采取何种掺合方式,乳化剂外掺对储存稳定性改善作用均不明显;pH值过大或过小都将影响乳化剂分子的活性,进而影响SBS改性沥青乳液的储存稳定性,pH=4时,储存稳定性达到最优值。The standard test method was adopted in order to investigate the influence of mixing emulsifier on the storage stability of SBS modified asphalt emulsion.The influence of stirring rate,the type and dosage of emulsifier,the mixing way and the pH value or storage stability of SBS modified asphalt emulsion was investigated,and their internal relationship was analyzed.The experimental results indicate that the stirring rate would have greatly effect on storage stability if it was greater than 1 000 r/min,and even cause breaking phenomenon.The improvement effect of mixing emulsifier on the storage stability was not obvious no matter what mixing way we used.The pH would influence the emulsifier molecular activity whether it was too large or too small,and then impacted on the storage stability of SBS modified asphalt emulsion.The storage stability of emulsion is the best when the pH is 4.
