摘　　要：马克思主义法治思想是指马克思主义经典作家在创立马克思主义的过程中,以及后来的马克思主义者在运用和发展马克思主义的过程中,所阐述的有关法治的基本理念、法治的前提条件和法治实施的基本途径等问题的基本观点和主要思想。它包括马克思、恩格斯和列宁的法治思想以及毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛四代中央领导集体的法治思想。要研究探讨马克思主义法治思想的中国化、时代化问题,必须首先深入研究马克思主义经典作家的法治思想。Marxism thoughts of the rule of law are that Marxism classical writers and later Marxists elaborated basic views and main ideas about basic idea, prerequisites and implementation of the rule of law in the course of founding,applying and developing Marxism.h includes Marx,Engels,Lenin,Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao＇s thoughts of rule of law.First of all,we should study deeply Marxism classical writers＇ thoughts of the rule of law if we would study to achieve Marxism chinesization and modernization.
