摘  要:固井是油水井生产之前的一项重要工序,固井质量的好坏对井的使用寿命有着直接的影响。建立了水泥环缺少30°、60°、90°等角度的井筒平面应变有限元模型,并对固井水泥环缺陷引起的套管应力变化进行了仿真模拟分析,进而明确了水泥环缺陷程度与套管承载能力的关系。Well cementating is an important process before the production of oil and water Wells, and its quality of the cementing has a direct impact on well production. An FEM model of wellbore plane strain of cement sheath with lack of 30° ,60°,90° and so on were developed and the simulation analysis of casing pipe stress caused by cement sheath damage was investigated,which makes the relationship between the damage degree of cement sheath and the bearing capacity of casing more clear.
