摘　　要：描述了江苏高校图书馆联盟基本组织架构和根据JALIS项目进展逐步分层构建的若干功能网络。从整合的视角,讨论将各功能网络多重嵌入联盟网络,并作机理分析。研究联盟网络的迭代优化和桥接细化,展示了江苏高校图书馆联盟网络化建设的态势。This paper presents the basic organizational framework of the Jiangsu Academic Library Consortium. A number of functional networks have been built with the development of the Jiangsu Academic Library ＆ Information System （ JALIS } Project. The obtained functional networks were embedded into the working network of the Jiangsu Academic Library Consortium from the perspective of consolidation, and a mechanism analysis was conducted. This study shows the new status from the period of construction of the 3iangsu Academic Library Consortium.
