国际化外经贸人才培养的教学设计与实施——以大连民族学院国际经济与贸易专业为例

摘　　要：培养国际化人才是中国开放性经济发展的迫切需要。大连民族学院国际经济与贸易专业,逐步构筑国际化人才培养模式。在课程设置上,强化英语教学,提高学生的沟通能力;通过设置不同的专业方向,实现学生的个性化培养;加强实践教学和双语教学,提高学生的专业应用能力;通过强化实施国际化师资队伍建设,达到了培养国际化人才的良好效果。The cultivation of internationalized personnel is an urgent need of China＇ s open economic development. International economy and trade discipline of Dalian Nationalities University, aiming to train internationalized personnel in international business, has made creative teaching designs, put them into practice and achieved satisfying results. Models for training in- ternationalized personnel has been gradually established and a series of internationalized courses been conducted; English teaching has been enhanced and the communicative ability of the students been improved; different specialties have been set and students been cultivated with their unique features; practical teaching has been emphasized, bilingual teaching been introduced and students＇ practical ability been improved; an internationalized teaching contingent has been effectively built.
