摘 要:为探讨Ge 1 32抗癌作用机制 ,进行了Ge 1 32对荷瘤小鼠脾脏NK细胞活性和红细胞免疫粘附功能影响的体内实验研究。结果表明 ,Ge 1 32对小鼠移植瘤 (S1 80 )的生长具有显著的抑制效应 ,抑瘤率达 55% ;荷瘤小鼠脾脏NK细胞活性明显低于正常对照组 ,Ge 1 32能使其恢复 ;荷瘤小鼠RBC C3b受体花环率和肿瘤RBC花环率明显低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1 ) ,RBC IC花环率则高于正常对照组 (P<0 0 1 ) ,注射Ge 1 32可显著提高NK细胞杀伤活性和红细胞免疫粘附功能。? In the present study, the in vivo effect of Ge 132 on NK cell activity and red cell immune function in tumor bearing mice was observed. The results showed that Ge 132 could significantly inhibit the growth of the tumor in the tumor bearing mice. the activity of NK cells and the levels of RBC C 3b receptor rosette forming rate(RBC C 3bRR) and RBC tumor rosette forming rate(RBC TR) in tumor bearing mice were significantly lower than those in normal control group ( P <0.01). However, the RBC immune complex rosette forming rate(RBC ICR) was higher in tumor bearing mice than that in normal control group ( P <0.01). Ge 132 could enhance NK activity and increase RC 3bRR and RBC TR and decrease RICR of tumor bearing mice compared with tumor control group. The results indicated that Ge 132 could significantly enhance the activity of NK cells and the red cell immune function in tumor bearing mice. The anti cancer effect of Ge 132 may be mediated by regulating the immune functions in tumor subjects.
