摘 要:生产者服务是非最终消费者服务,从其功能内涵上来说,可以分为产品服务、要素服务及其他专业服务。其中产品服务是与产品生产直接相关的产前、产中和产后服务,如运输、仓储、批发、分销等。产品服务是生产者服务的基础和先导,不仅直接为产品的生产和消费提供服务,也是要素服务和其他专业服务进入生产的桥梁。因此,要建立生产者服务体系,就必须坚持流通创新,通过走进供应链、发展现代流通方式、以信息技术改造提升流通企业经营管理水平和流通运行效率、完善现代市场经济制度等方式改进产品服务体系。Producer services are non-final consumer services, they can be divided into product services, factor services and other professional services from their functional concept. Product services are the services about pre-production, production and post-product/on related with the products, such as transportation, warehousing, wholesale, distribution, etc. Product services are the foundation and guide of producer services, they not only improve production, but also are the bridges that factor services and other professional services access to the production. Therefore, during the establishing a producer services system, we should accelerate circulating innovation, improve products services with promoting supply chain, developing modem circulating mode, utilizing information technology, improving a modem market economic system.
