摘　　要：高校图书馆的教育职能是帮助接受应试教育的学生提高个人素质,从而辐射推广到提升本民族的素质具有非可小视的意义。在提升馆员素质的基础上,开展多层次的读者服务,做好服务育人工作。The education of university library has a significance role on helping students in exam-oriented education improve their personal quality,and thus to improve the quality of our nation.Based on the development of the librarians＇ professional quality,the multiple reader service and the educational work service should be provided.
