摘　　要：毕业论文是高校学生毕业必须完成的电子文档,针对论文编写过程常遇到的问题,如图、表及公式的自动编号,目录自动生成,文档字数统计等操作的技巧,从域的角度分别介绍编排技巧,以提高文档排版工作效率。Graduation thesis is the electronic document which must be arranged by the students graduated from college.Aiming to the popular problems in paper writing process,this article introduced the arrangement skills such as automatic numbering of figure,table and formula,directory automatic generation,document words count etc.in order to improve the work efficiency of document layout typesetting.
