竹叶石膏汤的核心脉证及主治疾病研究

摘　　要：目的:归纳竹叶石膏汤的核心脉证及所治主要疾病,为临床准确使用竹叶石膏汤提供理论依据。方法:通过对竹叶石膏汤的临床文献资料进行收集、整理,并对其文献信息进行数据挖掘和统计分析,共整理文献33篇有效案例1 611例,以"黄金分割点法(38.2%)"为标准,研究其各项脉证。结果:竹叶石膏汤的主要脉证为口干、发热、呕吐,舌红苔少,脉数;主治疾病为口腔溃疡。Objective： To summarize the core indication about Zhuyeshigao Decoction,and establish stable relations with correspondence between Formula and Syndrome.It provided the theoretical basis for clinical application.Methods： This article collected clinical reports about Zhuyeshigao Decoction,which all sorted out 1 611 effective cases.With the use of datamining and golden section method（38.2%）,it analyzed the information about the cases,and generalized the core and main syndromes.Results： The chief pulse and syndrome of Zhuyeshigao Decoction are dry mouth,fever,emesis,red tongue with less moss,and rapid pulse.The main disease of that Zhuyeshigao Decoction could treat Oral ulcer.
