电针对盐酸帕罗西汀治疗轻中度抑郁症患者的增效减毒作用效果评价

摘　　要：目的:观察电针对盐酸帕罗西汀治疗轻、中度抑郁症患者的临床疗效、病情严重程度及药物不良反应的影响。方法:将55例轻、中度抑郁症患者随机分为A组(盐酸帕罗西汀对照组)29例;B组(电针+盐酸帕罗西汀组)26例,疗程6周。观察治疗前及治疗1、2、4、6周后HAMD量表、抗抑郁药副反应量表(SERS)、临床总体印象表(CGI)总评分变化情况。结果:HAMD评分显示A组2周后治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),B组1周后治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗6周后两组间比较有显著性差异。A组HAMD评分总有效率71.4%,B组HAMD评分总有效率88.0%,两组间总有效率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。SERS评分A组在治疗前后比较有显著性差异,B组在4周后治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。CGI评分显示A组和B组在治疗6周后病情严重程度,疗效总评和疗效指数组间比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:电针能够增强盐酸帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症疗效、明显缓解病情,并显著降低药物引起的不良反应。Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy,disease severity and adverse reactions of electroacupuncture on mild or moderate depression combining with Paroxetine and the effect of electroacupuncture on the side-effects of Paroxetine treatment for depression.Methods： Fifty-five patients with mild or moderate depression were randomly divided into group A（Paroxetine group,29 patients）and group B（Electroacupuncture combining with Paroxetine group,26 patients）.The therapeutic period for the two groups was 6 weeks.Hamilton Depression Rating Scale for Depression（HAMD）,Rating Scale for Side Effects（SERS） and Clinical Global Impression Tables（CGI） were used to evaluate the efficacy before the research and after treatment on 1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks.Results： After two weeks＇ treatment,HAMD scores of group A were significant different compared with the beginning of the research（P0.05）;HAMD scores of group B after one-week＇s treatment were significant different compared with the beginning of the research（P0.05）;After six weeks,treatment,there were no sigficiant differences between group A and group B.Total effective rate of HAMD for group A was 71.4%,Total effective rate of HAMD for group B was 88%;Total effective rate of HAMD was significantly different between the two groups（P0.05）.SERS scores for group A was no different compared with the beginning of the research.SERS scores for group B were different compared with the beginning of the research for the fourth week（P0.05）.After 6 weeks＇ treatment,CGI scores were significant differences between group A and group B in disease severity,efficacy comments and efficacy index（P0.05）.The Evaluation resluts of CGI showed that the illness severity,assessment of efficacy and therapeuticindex between two groups all had significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusions： Electroacupuncture could improve Paroxetine efficacy on mild or moderate depression.At the same time,electroacupuncture combining with Paroxetine cou
