摘　　要：目的:对针灸治疗假性球麻痹吞咽困难的现代临床研究文献进行频数和聚类分析,总结其针灸辨证选穴规律。方法:收集1949年至2009年针灸治疗中风后假性球麻痹所致的吞咽困难的现代临床文献,临床观察病例数在30例以上,疗效80%以上的文献,对其辨证分型、取穴、归经使用聚类、频数、排序进行统计分析。结果:符合条件文献共220篇,使用聚类分析得出5个证型,共使用79个穴位,总频次为847次,其中出现频次占3%以上的经穴8个,阳经穴4个,阴经穴2个,经外奇穴2个。结论:针刺治疗假性球麻痹所致的吞咽困难主穴以阳阴两经为主,配合经外奇穴,并根据聚类分析主穴依次为廉泉、风池、金津、玉液、内关、翳风、完骨、风府,为制定有效、简洁、易推广的针灸治疗假性球麻痹规范化治疗方案提供依据。Objective： To carry out the Cluster Analysis and Frequency Analysis of modern-clinical documents of the treatment of dysphagia caused by Pseudobulbar paralysis,to summarize the acupoint-selection law according to syndrome differentiation.Methods： To collect the modern-clinical documents of the treatment of dysphagia caused by Pseudobulbar paralysis with the acupuncture treatment methods from 1949 to 2009,for the documents which recorded the sample over 30 and the curative-effect rate over 80%,three Statistical analysis methods（cluster analysis,frequency analysis and ranking analysis）were selected to analyze the types,acupoints and meridians in the sample.Results： 220 relevant documents were collected.Cluster Analysis method were used to analyze the documents,there were 5 types in the samples,79 acupoints were used for 847 times,including 8 acupoints whose frequency of occurrence were over 3%,4 belongs to yang-meridians,2 belongs to yin-meridians and 2 extra-acupoints.Conclusion：Main acupoints selected to treat dysphagia caused by Pseudobulbar paralysis mainly belong to yin and yang meridians,combined with extra-acupoints,according to the cluster analysis,the main acupoints in sequense were CV23,GB20,EX-HN12,EXHN13,PC6,TE17,GB12,GV16,it laid a foundation for making an effective,succinct,easily-popularized and standardized acupuncture therapeutic method to treat Pseudobulbar paralysis.
